Eligibility Criteria
Standard Refund Eligibility
Refunds are primarily available for students who have not substantially engaged with course materials. We define substantial engagement as accessing more than 25% of course content or submitting assignments for review.
- Course enrollment occurred within the past seven calendar days
- Less than 25% of course materials have been accessed or downloaded
- No assignments have been submitted for instructor feedback
- Student has not participated in live sessions or workshops
- No course certificates have been generated or downloaded
Extended Consideration Circumstances
We understand that life circumstances can interfere with educational plans. These situations may qualify for extended refund consideration beyond our standard window:
- Documented medical emergencies affecting the student or immediate family
- Unexpected job loss or significant financial hardship
- Technical issues preventing course access for extended periods
- Course content significantly different from advertised description
- Instructor unavailability affecting course delivery quality
Important Documentation Requirements
Extended consideration requests must include supporting documentation such as medical certificates, termination letters, or detailed explanations of technical difficulties. All documentation will be reviewed confidentially by our student services team.

Contact our student services team via email or phone with your enrollment details and reason for refund request. Include any supporting documentation for extended considerations.
Initial Review (1-2 Business Days)
Our team reviews your request against eligibility criteria and course engagement history. You'll receive confirmation of receipt and initial assessment within 48 hours.
Detailed Assessment (3-5 Business Days)
For standard requests, final determination is made. Extended consideration cases may require additional review time and documentation verification.
Decision Notification
You'll receive detailed written notification of the decision, including refund amount if approved and expected processing timeframes for payment.
Payment Processing (5-10 Business Days)
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your financial institution.

Refund Payment Methods
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. This policy ensures security and helps prevent fraudulent refund requests.
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on statement
- Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days depending on bank processing
- Bank transfer refunds: 2-3 business days for Australian banks
- PayPal refunds: Immediate to PayPal account, withdrawal times vary
- Alternative payment methods: Case-by-case processing timeframes
Partial Refund Calculations
When full refunds aren't applicable, we calculate partial refunds based on course progress and value delivered. Our approach aims to be fair while recognizing the resources invested in course development and delivery.
Partial refund amounts are determined using this framework:
- 25-50% course completion: 50% refund of total course fee
- 50-75% course completion: 25% refund of total course fee
- Above 75% completion: Refunds at discretion for exceptional circumstances only
- Live session attendance: Deduction of per attended session
- One-on-one consultations: Deduction of full consultation value
Processing Fee Information
nurexidaraq absorbs all refund processing fees for standard refunds. However, for multiple refund requests from the same student within a 12-month period, a administrative fee may apply to subsequent requests.
Special Circumstances & Exceptions
Course Cancellation by nurexidaraq
When we must cancel courses due to instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or technical issues, students receive full refunds regardless of timing. Alternative course options or credits toward future enrollments are also offered.
Technical Difficulties
Persistent technical issues preventing course access warrant special consideration. We work with students to resolve access problems, but when solutions aren't feasible, refunds or course transfers are provided.
Subscription-Based Course Access
Monthly subscription plans can be canceled at any time with refunds prorated to the cancellation date. Annual subscriptions follow different terms with refunds calculated based on remaining subscription months.
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, prorated refund for unused days
- Annual plans: Full refund if canceled within 14 days
- Annual plans after 14 days: Prorated refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Bundle packages: Individual course refund policies apply to each component
